What do you do when you’ve got leftover pasta in your fridge? This:
Last night’s pasta
Salt and pepper
Handful of grated cheese
Tablespoon Nandos Perinaise sauce
Take the leftover pasta, add a little bit of olive oil to get it moist, crack some salt, pepper and grated cheese on top. I added some chili flakes too. Pop it in the microwave for a few minutes (two is more than enough). Once the cheese is all melty and yummy, add a spoonful of Nandos perinaise sauce into the lovely mix before eating that delicious bowl of deliciousness.
